Robert and Jo first came together at Diageo as an energetic organisational development team, driving the people agenda for a £50M transformation programme. Since then, Robert and Jo have worked with major international organisations all over the world. They are both qualified HR professionals with a strategic approach to helping organisations bring a people focus to their organisational strategy. They bring passion and an insightful vision around the impact strategic human resources can have on organisational performance together with a pragmatic, client focused approach to delivering projects.

Robert Hutchinson - MBA, BSc, MCIPD, ICF

Robert specialises in organisational transformation and change. A qualified executive coach, experienced mentor and business executive, Robert has led numerous transformations in Ireland and abroad. He combines business acumen with people skills and has worked closely with top teams in a variety of challenging environments.

Jo Marshall - FCIPD, Grad. Dip International Business

Jo's passionate and pragmatic approach to leadership development delivers sustainable behaviour and culture change. She is a qualified HR professional with 30 years' experience within major organisations all over the world. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), recognising her contribution to culture change and leadership development.
